The grass is indeed very green

A truck with big rolls of grass at the Ruby's Inn near Bryce Canyon, Utah. I almost ended up without any pictures on this trip when I forgot to take any memory cards along, but thankfully there is nothing that Ruby's won't sell you!

Most of my pictures are still being shot on my good ol' Canon Powershot S410 because I still haven't found a lens for my Digital Rebel that is good and affordable. I will soon have to retire the Powershot though, because it is showing signs of age after being clicked for a few thousand photos. I'm always amazed at the great pictures this tiny puppy can shoot if it is goaded with a few carefully chosen manual settings.

Anil, excellent photos. If you did shoot everything with a Canon P&S, exceptional work ! Some of those images are tough to shoot with a P&S.

Some of the newer photos have been shot with the EOS 350D (Digital Rebel XT) and a few other SLRs. You can click on the 'picture details' link below the new pictures to see which camera was used for that particular picture.

The older P&S pictures were exported without any metadata and they lack the 'picture details' link, but that wouldn't be useful anyway since I did not choose the aperture/shutter speed settings.
